Our office is in-network with Aetna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Cigna, Guadian, Humana, MetLife and Principal. We also accept almost all PPO plans. If you don't see your insurance listed here, give us a call! We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.

Do you offer third-party payment options?
Yes, we accept Proceed Finance and CareCredit as payment options.
